PTEPL represents World leaders in Twin Screw Extrusion; systems for Wet Granulation and Melt Extrusion are globally established and are technological leaders; that are capable of processing from 20 gram (lab scale) to 10 ton an hour (screw diameters from 12 mm to 135 mm). Cooling of the formulations be it from the Hot Melt Extruder, or a Reactor vessel, is an art and requires sound understanding of the process. We offer various solutions from Chill Roll Crushers, Steel Belt Coolers or even the new HOT-COOL Coolers. These systems can be fitted with in-line MILLING OPTION for production of fine powders to reduce process time
